中午和我家歐巴桑媽媽原本要去吃一號島廚房，正當我超得意只去過一次竟然記得餐廳在安和路102巷的時候，一邊得意地說嘴一邊帶歐巴桑走過去，赫然發現一號島廚房今天竟然休假...無緣的麻油雞燉飯...
My mom and I planned to enjoy our lunch date at Island 1 before she went back to Puli. However, to our utmost regret, the island keepers decided to take a day off today. Bye-bye to the unique sesame oil with chicken risoto. :(
後來在國泰醫院後面遇到了這家賣蕎麥麵的店。回家搜尋一下發現，原來這家才剛開幕不久，雖然在日本已有18年的歷史，共有116家分店，這家卻是第一間海外分店。102年元月5日前蕎麥麵加量不加價，再送日本蕎麥茶一杯。
Strolling along An-Ho Rd not knowing where to eat, my mom and I decided to give this restaurant a try. It is at the back door of Cathay General Hospital. I found that despite its 18-year-old history with 116 branches in its motherland Japan, this is the restaurant's first oversea branch. 根據桌上蕎麥麵的吃法教戰守則：第一口先不沾醬料，品嘗蕎麥的純淨麵香；之後用筷子前方沾少許芥末，夾起麵條放入醬汁碗中，只要沾麵的下半部就好；最後將蕎麥麵的原湯倒入醬汁的碗中喝。
但是天兵如我，第三種吃法看錯，因此很豪邁地把醬汁全部倒到蕎麥麵的碗中，把蕎麥麵當涼麵吃了......
I had Specialized Soba, the basic one. My mom ordered soba along with a mini size rice with sashimi toppings. And we had fried tofu as our side dish.
According to the Introduction to Eating Soba: First, taste the pure fragrance of the soba itself without any sauce. Then scoop up a little wasabi with the tip of your chopsticks, and dip the lower part of the noodle with sauce. (This is the conventional way to have soba.) Lastly, you can pour the soup, which cooks soba, into the sauce and drink it. But I poured my sauce into the bowl with soba, which is totally unconventional...
因為好像沒有吃過其他蕎麥麵，所以無從比較好不好吃...
丼飯的部分普普，飯粒稍嫌硬了點，但這間餐廳的重點在蕎麥麵所以應該無傷大雅
炸豆腐外皮詐得很酥，裡面的板豆腐豆香很濃
I've never had soba before, so I had no idea whether it's good or not...
But I would like to visit it again for other kinds of soba for sure
The rice with sashimi topping was so-so comparing to many other Japanese restaurants. Given that this restaurant specialized in soba, well, there's nothing more I can say. haha
The fried tofu was pretty good. Crispy and Tasty.
